We absolutly loved this riad and recommend it.

The staf were really friendly and professional. They helped us whenever they could. We arrived quite late (after 1 a.m.) but still one staff picked us up from the taxi. The location was super good and although not far from street very quiet. The interior design was lovely esp. The rooftop. Internet was also good. Breakfast was good, still could be fancier. The room service was also very good.

It could be a bit disturbing at the night when people talking inside the riad. But it did not disturb us.

It was an authentic Riad with nice big rooms overlooking the courtyard.

No rooftop, and was difficult to find down a winding alleyway. No one really offering help or advice to guests.

Riad Anais exceeded all of our expectations -- the rooms and the common areas were beautiful, and the hospitality was top-notch. When we arrived, we were greeted with tea and cookies and asked about our plans for our stay and whether we needed assistance finding tours or activities. Simo, the host, provided great recommendations for restaurants and shows.

The service is excellent! The room was excellent, and the location in the heart of Marrakesh was perfect! Simon, the Manager and host makes you feel right at home. I travel, study and work in marocco. This Riad provides the best wifi, workplace and big luxurious chill out terrace for a really good price! The room is very clean, beautifully styled and with the airco you can sleep very well. I did not hear any noices from the busy city centre. Also privacy is perfectly arranged. When you go out, you will be in the busy city centre in 5 minute walk. I felt very save here as a woman travelling alone. Simon also helped with giving the best direction / tips to do / and how to handle negotiating about prices with taxi + market. LOVED IT I WILL BE BACK!! Thank you so much / Shokran jzilaan, Ruby

Great stay close to a souk

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always pleased to help whenever we had questions.

We had the room on the ground floor and you can sadly a lot from all the things happening outside our room - maybe it is just this one room

Loved the staff, made all the difference at the start of our vacation have great support.

Food made by the on-site staff was delicious and also accommodated our being vegetarian. The manager Simo was incredibly helpful with resources, information, and connecting us with other services. He was just the sweetest person too, getting us a little cake and singing to us when he found out it was our anniversary.

A true Moroccan riad experience! ️

This is an amazing property in the middle of the Medina. It looks exactly how it’s been advertised. The place is super clean, airy, comfortable and updated with great amenities. Most importantly, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The quality and attention to details was impeccable and we truly felt at home while staying here. The riad is also in an area that is easy to find and about 5-7 minutes walk from the entrance of the Medina. This place is highly recommended for travelers wanting to experience of staying in a beautiful riad. Thank you Sidi and Azizah!

What a beautiful Riad in the middle of Medina

This is our first time in Marrakech and we loved the home feel that the Riad gave us during our three day stay. The hospitality from Layla, especially that made us feel home. Thank you, Layla for your smile, great work in helping us book the tour. We also loved our room. It was super comfortable and the Riad itself is such an oasis in the busy Souk and Marrakesh. I miss the jasmine fragrance of the Riad and we will definitely come back when we are in Marrakesch.

We stayed in the ground flour so we could hear when people talked outside. But no major Problem for us. The breakfast can be more variant.
